Clinical Supervision For Counsellors and Psychotherapists

Stacey offers private Clinical Supervision both at her practice in North London, and remotely via online platforms such as Zoom. She has a great deal of experience in both group and individual Clinical Supervision for professionals drawn from a wide variety of therapeutic backgrounds and core models. Her approach is therefore Integrative.

She supervises professionals who are operating throughout all levels of experience and seniority such as:

  • Course leaders and trainers in counselling and psychotherapy trainings
  • Counselling services directors and managers
  • Health care professionals
  • Addiction specialists
  • Residential psychotherapeutic units for personality disorders, addiction, eating disorders, depression, dual diagnosis, psychotic episodes.
  • HR professionals
  • Counsellors and psychotherapists in private practice and in employment within the NHS, hospices, young people's services, school and university counselling services. This includes facilitating counsellors and psychotherapists through accreditation processes with BACP and UKCP.
  • Supervisors and trainers needing supervision on their individual and group work.
  • Couple therapists

Stacey has been a Group Supervisor on the MA Psychotherapy, the Clinical Supervision Diploma and the Psychotherapy Conversion Course at The Psychosynthesis Trust for many years. She devised and delivered the Integrative and Transpersonal Supervision training at the Psychosynthesis Trust, and served as a trainer on the Supervision Diploma at Re-Vision.

Stacey trained and supervised group facilitators, counsellors and psychotherapists for the charity Teens & Toddlers for a substantial period of time. She has experience in supervising work with both adults and young people and has an in-depth knowledge of child protection issues and the ethical issues that underpin all areas of client work and their impact on the therapeutic relationship. Her years of experience at the Findhorn Foundation working closely with staff education and training, means that she has in-depth understanding of small and large group processes, deepened by her training experience with Process Oriented Psychology which is an especially skilful approach in working with group conflict.
